The Application Status is displayed as "Application Pending With Revenue Inspector for Receive from RI" since 6 July. Kindly let me know on how to proceed and whom to contact in order to take the process further.

Visit the Nadakacheri (Hobli Nadakacheri of your residence) office with application details and enquire.

If not satisfied with the reply you can raise an appeal to the higher authority (Assistant Commissioner) from Nadakacheri.

If the issue is still not resolved, then you can send mail to helpdeskajsk@gmail.com mail id with all details of your application and Appeal details.

Once you have submitted the application, these are the steps done by the concerned Government Officials.

  • Nadakacheri operator prints the checklist along with the document uploaded.

  • The Checklist along with documents is handed to Revenue Inspector.

  • Field verification is carried by Revenue Inspector and reported.

  • Application is returned to respective Nadakacheri.

  • Nadakacheri Caseworker updates the details reported as per the field report.

  • If the application to be signed by Tahsildar, Report is sent to Taluka Caseworker.

  • Taluka Caseworker updates the details reported as per the field report.

  • Deputy Tahsildar / Tahsildar digitally sign the application.

  • Final Certificate is available in respective Nadakacheri

  • The applicant receives an SMS, that the certificate is ready

As your certificate is held with the Revenue Inspector, you can contact the Revenue Inspector in your area for the same.
