To get a faster response from Norka, you can do the following.
- Visit the Norka Roots website.
- Click on the Chat window at the bottom.
- Mention your problem.
- Nowadays, due to COVID-19, there helpdesk is active and you get response faster.

Follow the below steps to raise grievances related to the Norka ID card.

Login to Norka Roots website.

Click on "Raising a Grievance".

Select Grievance Category as "NRK ID Card Related".

Enter the Grievance Description.

Click on Submit to raise the Grievances.
