I have already applied for the NORKA identity card. But still, I didn't get any confirmation from Norka?

To get a faster response from Norka, you can do the following.

  • Visit the Norka Roots website.
  • Click on the Chat window at the bottom.

  • Mention your problem.
  • Nowadays, due to COVID-19, there helpdesk is active and you get response faster.

Follow the below steps to raise grievances related to the Norka ID card.

  • Login to Norka Roots website.

  • Click on "Raising a Grievance".

  • Select Grievance Category as "NRK ID Card Related".

  • Enter the Grievance Description.

  • Click on Submit to raise the Grievances.
