I have Airtel fastag. Toll has been deducted from Maharashtra tollbooth though my car is parked in Hyderabad. I am helpless as airtel refuses to accept any complaint. They need to check photograph of car at toll. This is a fraud. I would like to change the service provider. Is it possible?

First of all you should lodge a complaint with the NHAI helpline 1033 or mail to etc.nodal@ihmcl.com with all the details like name of the owner, VRN, registered mobile number & front & side image of the car along with the screenshot of SMS received for deduction as this is a serious concern, looping airtel team who refused to lodge a complaint would be beneficial. Secondly, you can always change the service provider by surrendering the existing tag & buy a new one, but this deduction needs to be addressed in the first place.
