Home |Karnataka RTO | I have a two-wheeler of 1992 having registration in Bangalore, Karnataka. I have sold my bike to Chennai and applied for NOC for re-registration and RC Transfer. But from Bangalore RTO not issued NOC yet saying not paid the Life Time Tax (LTT). They are saying I need to submit invoice copy of the bike to calculate the LTT where the invoice copy was not found in Bangalore RTO records. It was a 1992 model and I don't know from where I can get the Invoice. Past 6 months waiting for the NOC. I have already received the amount from party and now the vehcle is in Chennai. What to do?
