As per my understanding, yamare village comes under panchayat limit, hence you can apply khata transfer in your panchayat office and not on Sakala 

Sakala is applicable for BBMP khata transfer, not for panchayat property 

Carry the photocopy of following documents to your panchayat office to apply for khata transfer,

  • Sale deed 
  • Encumberance certfciate (EC)
  • Seller khata if resale property 
  • Latest tax paid receipt 
  • Passport size photo 
  • Aadhar

You khata should be ready within 35 working days from the day of filing application.
