I have a diesel car registered Nov 2015 in ghaziabad. Once its 10 years or over can i apply for re-registration or do i have to scrap it?

Dear, after 10 years you will get NOC to transfer your car to some already mentioned places. You can search out that list. But that's too less and only people from that area can buy your vehicle. You will not get an appropriate value. So it's better to sell out before 10 years and get a good value for your car/.
