If you already hold DL, first, apply for LL. After the approved application, you can apply for additional endorsement of DL (AeDL).   Process for applying AeDL:   Process for applying Addition of Category LL Visit https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ >>Select state>> Click New Learners Licence >> click Continue >> click Applicant holds Driving Licence >> Enter DL Number & DOB >> click Submit >> Continue   Process for applying Addition of Category DL Visit https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ >> Select your state >> Click Application for Services on Driving Licence >> Enter DL No. & DOB >> Click Go >> Select Apply to State >> Select RTO >> Proceed >> ADDITIONAL ENDORSEMENT TO DL.
