Home |Karnataka RTO | I had taken a NOC for transferring the registration of my bike from Bangalore RTO to Wadakkanchery SRTO. But due to pandemic,  i couldn't move the vehicle to the above said RTO. Hence i wanted to cancel the NOC. I collected the non utilisation certificate from Wadakkanchery SRTO and submitted it along with all other required documents to Bangalore RTO. But the RTO has informed that i will have to pay 8000 rupees. Is this fine really necessary? Why should the RTO put a fine for retaining the registration in an already tax paid RTO jurisdiction?Is there any other option?
