I had created a digilocker account in my 10th using my aadhar number. In order to access my 12th marksheet I had to use a different account but same aadhar number. But I'm unable to access it as it already exists. What to do?

You are requested to logout from the app and try to login again by entering your Aadhaar number, this time you will get the OTP on mobile number linked with your Aadhaar, submit the OTP and you will be able to login to your account .

Note: If your Mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar please visit nearest Aadhaar center, once your number is updated your issue will get resolved.
