The notified services cannot be bypassed from Sakala. Citizens have right to get the service within stipulated time under Sakala.

Because we don't get a message on our phone when we call SAKALA we cannot get the status of the application due to no number through a message. When is this issue getting resolved , when asked at madikeri survey office they say it must some network issue ,hence you didnt get a message. It is done so deliberately. But a blank paper was uploaded on sakala website instead of khata certificate. I have been visiting concerned BBMP office for last 4 months but still didnt get the khata certificate. BBMP official give some vague reason every time. How do I get my khata certificate?

I had purchased a flat in a apartment at vishweshwara Niagara Mysore during 2015 and got Katha changed to my name and was paying property tax regularly at Mysore one office at Jayanagara. Since corona lockdown this year I tried to pay property tax by online I came to know that even though katha changed to my name it was not registered in office file . Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?

Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?
