I got NOC for my scooty. I brought to another state. On inspection, vehicle was found to be of another color, which was not noticed at the time of delivery. How to do re-registration in another state?

  RC ഓണർഷിപ് മാറ്റാൻ അക്ഷയ വഴി ഓൺലൈൻ അപ്ലൈ ചെയ്തു . 5 ലക്ഷം ആണ് തുക . എന്നാൽ പാൻ കാർഡ് വേണ്ട എന്നാണ് അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ ഉള്ളവർ പറയുന്നത്. ഡോക്യൂമെന്റസ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഇ-ടോക്കൺ എടുത്ത് RTO ൽ പോകണം എന്നാണ് അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ നിന്ന് അറിയിച്ചത് . അവർക്കു പുതിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ അറിയാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞതാണോ ?
