If you have an IRCTC booking ID but no PNR (passenger name record) number, it usually means your ticket booking is incomplete or pending. The PNR number is generated only when the booking is confirmed and seats are allocated. Without a PNR, your ticket isn’t confirmed yet. Sometimes, network delays or payment issues can prevent confirmation. Check your booking status on the IRCTC website or app in the "Booked Ticket History" section to confirm if payment went through. If you still don’t see a PNR after some time, you may need to contact IRCTC support or try booking again.
