Absolutely yes.. Do not hesitate to use it any where if required. I think you Got same by instant mode. Usually it doesn't contains father name although it is legally valid and u can use it for any financial transactions.

Yes , it is valid PAN card. You have applied for e-pan/instant pan which doesn't have father name.
