I booked the tickets last week. But tickets remained waitlist. Finally those have been cancelled automatically. Now in refund history, shown as "transaction status cancelled". What it really means please?

In normal, when someone does an eticket, if it's waitlist tickets once if it doesn't gets confirmed then it's auto cancelled. The amount will be refunded to your paid  source . You may check the account for credit.
