You have to provide an address in Kerala. This is required because the Village Officer of that area issues you the Caste certificate after verifying the required facts. So you need to mention a Kerala address.

Regarding the Aadhar card, you can provide the details as required. Also, please check whether Aadhar card is a mandatory requirement for submission of your request.
