I applied for Legal Heir certificate in Tamil Nadu. My application is with RI(Verifier) currently. I need to change the address as I feel I have submitted that detail wrongly. How do I do that? Is it possible for me to submit a second heir certificate application?

There is no option to edit the details in approved or applied certificate.
Inform concerned official to reject the certificate and apply for new one.
