“Didn't get approved” - The inference can be taken as either the application is rejected or pending for disposal". However, Sakala Act empowers its citizens to raise appeal in cases of delay as well as rejection of service application. Using your 15 digit Sakala GSC or acknowledgement number you will be able to raise appeal in sakala by visiting www.sakala.kar.nic.in or with assistance of call centre executives available at your service at 080 4455 4455
