I am trying to see the issues documents. The page asks me adhaar number name and date of birth. After giving details and clicking submit, i get message that a digi locker account already exists with this aadhar number. What to do?

You are requested to logout from the app and try to login again by entering your Aadhaar number, this time you will get the OTP on mobile number linked with your Aadhaar, submit the OTP and you will be able to login to your account .

Note: If your Mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar please visit nearest Aadhaar center, once your number is updated your issue will get resolved.
