I am planning to move to Bangalore from Delhi, along with my bike. As I am just starting to earn, I cant pay the road tax in Bangalore for my bike yet (at least not in the next 6 months as the NOC requires). Would it be possible for me to take the bike right now, drive it there without an NOC and get an NOC from by Delhi RTO around the 10-11th month?

  My Car is registered in my hometown RTO office.I am staying in Delhi and using the car here.Next year 15 years completing.Is there any provision to renew my RC by paying the fees and all online and producing the car Infront of RTO here in Delhi ?   My father has a delhi issued driving license (P-880*****) total 8 digits after (P). Also it has a number mentioned (D-11-23*) It was issued in 1988 which then transferred to Mumbai and the license is still in Book format. How to find the RTO where the license was originally issued or any other valid options so that the license can be renewed?

  I have a i10 Hyundai car purchased at Delhi. Obtained NOC while moving to Hyderabad. At Hyderabad, I could not register immediately. Now I lost my original registration card. Where do I need to apply for issue of duplication? Whether RTO Delhi can accept my application for issue of duplicate registration?
