I am planning to take my bike registered in Karnataka along with me. I know that if the bike is staying for more than 12 months I need to re register in any RTO office in Kerala. But I may need to go back after 5 or 6 months . So my question is do i need to notify RTO regarding this.Also is there any amount is to be paid to ride the vehicle in Kerala such as entry tax or road tax for staying less than 12 months in kerala?Also do i need NOC from Karnataka?

You can pay tax for one year. In this covid situation if you use it for long period and possibly convince the enforcement team, you can use it even without paying tax.
