Birth certificate ഒരിക്കൽ എടുത്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ തിരുത്താൻ നിർവാഹമില്ല. പിന്നെ ഒരു ഓപ്ഷൻ ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപനം വഴി പേര് ചെയ്ഞ്ചു ചെയ്യുകയാണ്‌. എന്നാലും birth certificate ൽ മാറ്റാൻ കഴിയില്ല.Birth certificate സ്കൂളിൽ ചേർക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപാണ് എടുത്തതെങ്കിൽ SSLC certificate ലേതുപോലെയാക്കാൻ ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉണ്ട്. ആ birth certificate കിട്ടിയ മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി/പഞ്ചായത്ത്/കോർപ്പറേഷൻ ൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കണം.
Sslc ബുക്കിലെ പേര് മാറ്റാൻ കടമ്പകളേറെയുണ്ട്

As your correct name is depicted in your Birth Certificate, First of all, you need to apply for a change in aadhar name via Akshaya. In some cases, you will be asked to provide the Certificate of A Class Gazetted officer for completing that procedure. Then later, with that changed aadhar, you can apply for name change in PAN card, Passbook & at last your passport.
