If the hypothecation is not deleted from RC at RT office documents, you can not do any process on that.

Answered on January 01,2022For vehicle ownership transfer i completed the online form and submitted the original documents at the sellers RTO. But the online form was filed to the Buyers RTO. Will the documents be send by sellers RTO to Buyers RTO by the government itself? Or will it be processed at the seller RTO and new RC send to buyer by the seller RTO? Or do i need to collect back the original documents from my RTO and submit it at buyer RTO? It has been almost a month and application is not inwarded yet.

Message shows vehicle is active in more than one rto/ state. "Alert!!Vehicle registration status found active in more than one RTO/ State, Please contact respective RTO for de-activation of vehicle registration as per your requirement". What is this ?

Initiate the transfer of ownership process and send documents to RT office.

I gave the rto a form stating the number I want and I received proceedings for the same. But the rto is not able to do the final procedure for this number as the system says the other number is in the same application number too. On the website, the number I requested has been shown as “assigned” and the other number says “pending assignment”. What should I do next?

Answered on September 28,2021My son has applied through a driving school for ownership change and hypothecation termination. The school has applied it online and provided us an application number. Online process was done on sep 1 and documents were said to be put in the dropbox on 8 th sep. Till date the status is showing not inwarded at RTO. Does it really take that much time to inward it? Or whether it could be due to some delay from the school side. How I may confirm that the papers are received at RTO?
