ഓരോ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനും SC/ST വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ ആരൊക്കെയാണ് എന്ന് സംബന്ധിച്ച് സർക്കാരിൻറെ ലിസ്റ്റുകൾ ഉണ്ട്.

കേരളത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച ആൾക്ക് കേരളത്തിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും എസ്എസ്എൽസി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിലോ ഈ പറയുന്ന "പറയൻ" എന്ന വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പെടുന്നു എന്ന് രേഖപടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് വെച് ക്ലെയിം ചെയാൻ കഴിയും.

കൂടാതെ തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ ഉള്ള പറയൻ വിഭാഗം തന്നെയാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ളതെന്നും ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.

കേരളത്തിൽ ജനിക്കുകയും കേരളിയാനായി ജീവിക്കുകയും ആണെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ നമുക്ക് ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ചോദിക്കാൻ കഴിയുള്ളു .

നമ്മുടെ മുഴുവൻ അഡ്രസ്സും തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ അഡ്രസ് ആണെങ്കിൽ അത് കിട്ടാൻ പ്രയാസമായിരിക്കും.
