I am a buyer in GeM portal for my office and I have been transferred recently. Now, if I want to transfer my account to another by changing his name/designation, email, mobile etc. How to do it?

You need to update it thought primary Gem I'd, 

Your Director or CMHO will send an invitation to you to update you to Secondry account ,need to verify through Govt I'd (email.gov.in) for any Bid Or Gem portal Services you can call at 9753092295
