Hello,

Generally speaking no insurer should be taking away your chance of getting insures just because you have a disability. And I don’t think there is a specific plan for disabled, instead you can submit your disability certificate to the insurer while giving  proposal and they decides based on their underwriting rules. Personally, I have insured blind and polio affected clients with the best plans available in market, as they did not have any other medical history. 
 

With the diabetic condition you can either apply for HDFC ERGO - Energy (as an individual) or Care Insurance Classic - Instant (with family). Both the plans give good coverage, specially diabetes without any waiting period.
