STEPS TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THE KSWIFT PORTAL TO APPLY FOR RENEWALS OF LICENCES /NOC’S /PERMITS /APPROVALS FROM DEPARTMENTS/AGENCIES.

A. PROCESS FLOW FOR EXISTING USERS WHO HAVE OBTAINED LICENCES /NOC’S/PERMITS /APPROVALS THROUGH KSWIFT

Step 1: Click the link to access KSWIFT - Online Single Window Clearance Mechanism.

Step 2: From the Home page the Users can login to their respective accounts by clicking “login” button. User can enter his/her username, password along with CAPTCHA displayed and click Submit to login.

Step 3: Once the user logs in, the user’s home page shall display a dashboard containing the status of the approvals they have applied for. User may apply for renewals for his existing establishments by clicking “Services/Renewals” link provided under the links provided under the tab “My Projects”.

Step 4: User may now choose the required project from the list of projects displayed (the list includes all the projects created by user) and click on “Go to application” icon to proceed with renewals. 

Step 5: User may now choose the required Department/Agency listed out for the chosen project and proceed further by choosing the required renewal service. 

Step 6: Upon selection of required service, the user shall be directed to application submission page. The basic information entered in the CAF shall be pre-populated in the respective fields of the department’s form. User may submit additional information in order to submit the application form.

Step 7: After submitting the application on the department’s page, the user will be redirected to the department wise clearances page where the user can proceed with payment.

Step 8: Fee Payment: Payment can be done through e-Treasury or Federal Bank Payment Gateway using 1) Net banking 2) Card Payment. After successful payment the user will be redirected to the single window portal. Acknowledgement number generated will be communicated to the user as well as the Department. The user can also download the payment receipt.

Step 9: Status tracking through user dashboard - Clearance status Dashboard shall display the department-wise status of applications under the following categories:

• Applications in Draft Mode
• Applications under Process
• Applications Approved
• Applications Rejected/ returned for clarifications

Step 10: Upon approval of application by the Department the system allows user to download the final signed approval certificate from the online portal.
