Change in address happens in following cases.
-
Case 1: When you want to update your address with a new address that is within the same constituency
-
Case 2: When you want to update your address with a new address that is outside of your existing constituency. This happens when you move from one city/state to another city/state
-
Case 3: When you have some typo or clerical error in your address.
You need to use Form 8 to change address in Voter ID card.
