How to track complaint against irctc with ticket id?

If you wan to track the TDR status then you need to log in to IRCTC with your ID. On the top of the Menu Bar, you will find a link 'Transaction', Click on it. You will get a link 'TDR status' in drop down menu, Click on it. A window will open where you will find the details of TDR filed and its present status. From: PNR Status
