To renew income certificate, you need to apply for it again with the latest set of documents relating to your income. This is because income keeps on changing year after year.

The validity of caste certificate is different for different states. It might either be mentioned in the caste certificate or it might be from 1-3 years. If it is expired, then you can submit the earlier caste certificate as a proof to get document new certificate.
