Please go to the Issued Document section in your DigiLocker account and click on the "Refresh" icon corresponding to your Insurance Policy to get the updated data. In case you are still getting the old data, then please verify if the National Insurance Company is showing your updated data in their website. If you get your updated data on their website, only then you will be able to fetch/view updated Insurance Policy in DigiLocker.
