How to recharge fastag linked with ICICI bank from another bank (non-ICICI) account?

For First Time Users
If you are a first time user then, please log in to the ICICI bank Fastag portal and register yourself to generate your user id and password. Please enter the required information in the prompts and the system will send an SMS with your log in details to your registered mobile number. You may call customer care @ 1800-210-0104 (Toll Free)/ 1860-267-0104 (Chargeable) for assistance.
Recharge
For recharge through NEFT/ RTGS, please follow the following steps:

Log into ICICI bank Fastag portal with your username and password

Go to Payments>>Recharge Account

Select the tag accounts to be recharged and mention the respective amounts to be uploaded

Choose payment mode as NEFT and click 'Continue'. Check the details and click 'Make Payment'

A new window will open with the payment details and NEFT challan can be generated by clicking 'Generate Challan'. You can save/ print the challan

Please transfer the exact amount mentioned on the challan, in the 'Beneficiary Account No.' mentioned on the challan through NEFT
-
Post receipt of funds in the account, your account will be recharged within 2 hours
