How to raise a complaint regarding the FASTag blacklist?

The blacklist of FAStag occurs when you have not kept the minimum balance in the FAStag.
As you have not mentioned the name of the bank from which you have taken the FAStag, I am listing down the helpdesk of a few of the banks.
