Generate the stamp Duty challan on K2 website.  Carry the challan to nearest SBI and pay your stamp duty.

How do I generate a stamp duty and registration challan for property registration in Bangalore? 

You haven't mentioned the title of papers, if sale agreement, franking should be done within 3 months of sale agreement execution

If Sale deed, all the government charges are paid in advance which includes stamp duty, registration, cess, and scanning charges before proceeding to registration.
