How to pay online property tax to BBMP if I have changed my mobile number and old mobile number is no more available?

Follow the below steps to pay property tax without OTP authentication
Step 1: Open the BBMP Property Tax System
Step 2:
- Enter 10 digit application number
- Enter 3 characters of owner's name
- Click on “Retrieve”.
(Refer to arrow marks in below image)
Step 3: Click on confirm, (refer to arrow mark in below image)
Step 4:
- Referring to the arrow mark mentioned in below image, don’t check this box (don’t click on the box. Keep it as it is)
- Enter the Captcha Text
- Click on “Proceed”
Step 5: Pay your property tax, (refer to below image)
By following the above steps, you will not be prompted for OTP authentication
