How to link Aadhaar with an educational degree certificate?

Follow the below steps to link Aadhaar with educational degree certificate.

• Download digitally signed Aadhaar as a zipped file. 
  • Visit UIDAI website.
  • Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number or 16 digit Virtual ID to begin.
  • After entering the Aadhaar or Virtual ID, you will be required to create a 4-character 'Share Code' which is going to be the password.
  • When the zip file will be downloaded on your device, you will be required to put that password to access your Aadhar paperless e-KYC. 

• Visit the official website of NDML or NDSL Database Management Limited.
• Click on the "Register" button. 
• On the following page, you can see two options to proceed with your registration – with and without Aadhaar.
• We are assuming you have your Aadhaar number, so click on the first option which says "With Aadhaar". 

• Here, you need to upload the offline Aadhaar e-KYC zip file you have previously downloaded from the UIDAI website, as described above. You also need to enter the file password which is the 4-digit Share Code you had entered in the UIDAI website earlier. Then type the text shown in the image captcha.
• Finally, click the checkbox below to confirm that you are willingly submitting your Aadhaar record and that you are giving an electronic consent and authorization to the NDSL Database Management Limited.
• Click on the 'Submit' button.

Now you have successfully registered with the NDML depository of NAD, and have linked your Aadhaar with your educational degree certificates and awards.

Please note that in case you do not have an Aadhaar number yet, and subsequently want to register without it, you will need to visit your school, college, or university to review and verify your registration.
