How to get sanction order for land conversion fine reimburesment(for projects upto Rs. 50 cr) from Commerce and Industries Department in Karnataka?

1. Duly filled in application form along with the required documents will have to be submitted to District Industries Centre in respective Districts

2. The concerned Member Secretary of the District Level Committee for Sanction of Investment Promotion Subsidy on receipt of the application shall personally verify the claim with reference to the documents furnished by the enterprise. On satisfying with the documents furnished by the enterprise, with the approval of the Joint Director, shall take up physical verification of the enterprise and shall arrange to place the proposal before the District Level Committee for sanction of land conversion fine reimbursement to the applicant enterprise.

1 . Application in plain paper or letter head.

2 . Copy of IEM acknowledgment part iii or industry licence

3 . Copy of approved building plan along with construction license

4 . Copy of land documents/ records

5 . Copy of land conversion order issued by revenue department and copy of payment receipt made for land of conversion

6 . Copy of the project report duly signed by the promoter

7 . Copy of the single window clearance committee approvals obtained

8 . Copy of power sanction letter and service letter with r.r.no and date

9 . Copy of first sale invoice

10 . Copy of layout map showing the land utilization in respect of individual enterprises and approved layout in respect of private industrial areas

11 . Copy of partnership deed/ memorandum and article of association/ bye-laws.
