How to get house possession certification from sakala website?

Name of the Service : Obtaining Possession Certificate in respect of cases where a site has been allotted by BDA on Lease Cum Sale basis and the Lease Cum Sale Deed Agreement (LCSA) is registered.

Whom to approach for this service (Designated Officer)? : Deputy Secretaries

Procedure involved to get this service : Applications in a prescribed format along prescribed documents has to be submitted to the designated official in the office of the concerned Deputy secretary and an acknowledgement to be collected. The application, so submitted, will be processed and a possession certificate will be prepared. An intimation will be sent to the applicant to collect the possession certificate by the concerned case worker. The applicant has to sign in a register for having collected the possession certificate.

1.  APPLICATIONS IN A PRESCRIBED FORMAT ALONG WITH PRESCRIBED DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CONCERNED DEPUTY SECRETARY AND AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT IS TO BE OBTAINED.

3.  IDENTITY AND SIGNATURE PROOF OF THE APPLICANTS.
