How to get fast tag id ?

These are the various ids in a FASTag.
Customer ID: Customer ID is 12 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx and 18xxxxxxxxxxx
RFID number: RFID is 16 digit numeric number which is mentioned on the FASTag & starts with 6xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Wallet ID: Wallet ID is 14 digit numeric number which is mentioned in the Welcome Emailer & starts with 17xxxxxxxxxxx and 18xxxxxxxxxxx
Vehicle ID: Vehicle number, Ex -MH00AA1111
You can call up the toll-free number of your bank to know these IDs if you are not able to find them. You can get to know the customer ID from your mobile number.

Answered on August 21,2021I bought second hand car and already ownership transfer done and Mparivahan portal show now i am the owner. Now i need to apply for fastag , in my bank. I submit all the docs to my bank , and my fastag account created by bank and i deposit first payment via check also.Now bank says , your old owner fastag id was blacklisted , so you need to remove close old id then after we can create new one for you. Answered on March 14,2024I applied for a new Fastag from the bank , right now it is showing as Active (not Blacklisted) in their website but did not received a physical card yet and said it will take 10 working days to receive physical but i got a requirement to travel immediately. so in this case , can i purchase instant fastag at toll plaza and start using? can i deactivate bank issued Fastag once i received it?
Shall contact the issuer bank to expedite the delivery, and process to surrender the tag on as is basis.
