While submitting the Afidavit you need to submit the family tree, during this stage kindly draw relation of you Husband and you in the family tree diagram of your in-laws also Marriage registration certificate of your marriage as an proof along with residence certificate, death certificates. However, the final discretion is with designated officer as per applicable rules. If your application gets rejected by using your 15 digit GSC/Sakala number kindly raise Appeal in Sakala. To raise Appeal you can visit https://www.sakala.kar.nic.in, click on Appeal-I and do needful or call 080 4455 4455 for manual assistance.
