•The applicant should duly fill the online application form with details like Name, Communication Address, Address where service is required, Katha Number, PID, BWSSB RR Number along with latest bill copy (If available), BESCOM RR Number (If available), and also the requirement of the quantity of water.

•Upon submission of application, the applicant is required to make an online payment of Rs. 500/- against the demand note for obtaining the services.

•Once the payment has been made a GSC code will be generated and the process of application will begin.

•The application will be processed within 10 working days.
