Procedure involved to get this service	Filling application for this service along with relevant documents indicated, at the office of the concerned Engineer Officer in BDA Bangalore, and obtain an acknowledgement. The submitted application will be processed and the service will be delivered to the applicant from that section

Survey sketch from registered surveyor 17 . Satellite map and extract of RMP copy 18 . Land conversion order from deputy commissioner, revenue 19 . Change of land use from BDA(whichever is applicable) 20 . Consent letter from KPSCB/clearance certificate from state level environment impact assessment authority, Karnataka (constituted by ministry of environment and forests, government of India) whichever is applicable 21 . Site location map 22 . Area statement calculation map 23 . Detailed building plan 24 . NOC from fire force and emergency services department 25 . NOC from airport authority of India 26 . NOC from Bescom 27 . NOC from BWSSB/Grama Panchayati consent letter for supply of water 28 . NOC from BSNL 29 . Enclose bank challan after paying prescribed, applicable fee at a designated bank or enclose a DD., favouring commissioner, BDA for the same amount.
