You can get an affidavit from two persons who were aware of your birth date and time in the city you were born. You could get a birth certificate on that basis from the Birth Registrar in the jurisdiction you were born.

Any birth or death which has not been registered within one year of its occurrence shall be registered only on an order made by a magistrate of the first class or a Presidency Magistrate after verifying the correctness of the birth or death and on payment of the prescribed fee.

In my 10th and 12th Board certificate my father's name is written as Babul Chowdhury as per my birth certificate. I have an affidavit which states that "Babu Kumar Chowdhury and Babul Chowdhury is the same and identical person ".
