How to get allotment of Sites, Shops and Godowns on Lease cum sale basis to the Service Institutions in Karnataka?

Name of the Department: Agricultural Marketing Department.
Name of the Service: Allotment of Sites, Shops and Godowns on Lease cum sale basis to the Service Institutions notified under rule 2(9) of K.A.P.M(Regulation and allotment of property in Market Yards) Rules 2004.
Whom to approach for this service (Designated Officer)?: Secretary, APMC.
Procedure involved to get this service: The person who has obtained licence to deal in notified agricultural produce, from the market committee can apply for allotment of shop, godown and warehouse as per KAPMR (allotment of property in market yards) Rules 2004. The application has to be submitted to the Secretary of the concerned market committee.
Who are eligible to get this service: Any person or institution who has obtained a license from APMC.
Documents to be enclosed with the request:
1 . Documents specified in the notification.
Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service: As per in notification.
Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered: 90 Working Days.
Whom to approach as an appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by an officer: Additional Director (Planning) Agricultural Marketing Department.
Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer: 30 Working Days.
Whom to approach as 2nd appeal (Appellate Authority), if the decision of the Competent officer is not acceptable or not implemented?: Director, Agricultural Marketing Department.
Maximum no. of days to wait to get the decision of Appellate Authority: 30 Working Days.
