Department of STAMPS AND REGISTRATION provide the property valuation report in Bangalore. 

Below is the procedure to get the property valuation report in Bangalore

  • You should have registered deed to file valuation report
  • Visit the sub-registrar office in your property jurisdiction

For Example: My property located in KR Puram in Bangalore, so I applied the valuation report in KR Puram sub-registrar office in Bangalore

  • The application is available at information counter in sub-registrar office, fill in the application + attach photocopy of registered deed

Pay the required fee and hand over the filled application at information counter.

  • Sub-registrar office will call you within 7 working days from the day of filing application to collect the valuation report
