വസ്തു വിവരങ്ങൾ താങ്കൾ കൈവശം സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വസ്തുവിനെ പ്രമാണത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ കരം അടച്ച രസീതിൽ ഉണ്ടാവും. അയൽക്കാരന്റെ കരമടച്ച രസീതും ആയി വില്ലേജിൽ എത്തിയാൽ ഒരുപക്ഷേ സ്വന്തം ഭൂമിയെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ വില്ലേജ് അധികൃതർക് എളുപ്പം തരാൻ സാധിക്കും.
