To blacklist a person internationally, Interpol's Red Corner Notice (RCN) needs to be issued against the person. Red Notices are issued for fugitives wanted either for prosecution or to serve a sentence. A Red Notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action. There are lot of procedures involved to get RCN issued against a person.

You can search for the RCN issued people in the link below.

The 'blacklist' of those who reportedly violated visa rules or engaged in ‘undesirable’ activities during their stay in a country are part of the Bureau of Immigration and Ministry of Home Affairs records, and direct contact with either or both will help determine what, if anything, you can do.

A Black List Order (BLO) disallows a foreign national entry into another country. One of the common reasons for inclusion in the BL is that a foreign national has violated the Immigration law/s such as overstaying.

You may apply for BLO lifting by filing a letter of request addressed to the Commissioner of the Bureau of Immigration (BI). You may seek assistance of a lawyer to make arrangements and submit the documentary requirement/s for your request.
