To check the status of KCR Kit, you need to contact the DEO/ANM (Data Entry Operator / Auxilary Nurse Midwife) at the PHC center or government hospital where you have done your registration.

You have to provide "Mother Registration ID" to the DEO/ANM/MO/DYDMHO/DMHO. They will log in to their system and search by the mother id in mother search option page to check the status of your payment.
