Procedure involved to get this service	Filling application for this service along with relevant documents indicated, at the office of the concerned Engineer Officer in BDA Bangalore, and obtain an acknowledgement. The submitted application will be processed and the service will be delivered to the applicant from that section.

Documents to be enclosed with the request	1 . Application on a plan paper requesting for this service 2 . Plan sanction license form a 3 . Attested copy of the khata 4 . Upto date tax paid receipt 5 . Affidavit 6 . Indemnity bond 7 . Affidavit from registered engineer (appendix-2 as mentioned in ZR) 8 . Affidavit from registered architect (appendix-2 as mentioned in ZR) 9 . Title deed copies, GPA, joint development agreement 10 . Mutation copy 11 . RTC copy 12 . Karnataka revision Settlement Akarbandh. 13 . Encumbrance certificate 14 . Revenue survey map 15 . Survey sketch from registered surveyor 16 . Satellite map and extract of RMP copy 17 . Land conversion order from deputy Commissioner , Revenue 18 . Change of land use from BDA(whichever is applicable) 19 . Consent letter from KPSCB/clearance certificate from state level environment impact assessment authority, Karnataka (constituted by ministry of environment and forests, government of India) whichever is applicable 20 . Site location map 21 . Area statement calculation map 22 . Detailed building plan 23 . Enclose bank challan after paying prescribed,applicable fee at a designated bank or enclose a DD., favouring commissioner, BDA for the same amount. 24 . Consent letter from KPSCB/clearance certificate from state level environment impact assessment authority,Karnataka (constituted by ministry of environment and forests, government of India) whichever is applicable
