How should I change my part number without changing the address from the electoral roll?

Part number is the code number of the school/place where you go to caste your vote.

If you change your address, part number will also change. But if you dont change your address, part number cannot be changed.

Almost all the details in Voter ID card can be changed other than the part number and serial number in electoral roll.
