If your fitness certificate gets expired, you have to pay an additional fee of Fifty Rupees for each day of delay after the expiry of the certificate of fitness. (Source)

Also, please note that validity of Fitness, Permit (all types), Driving License, Registration or any other concerned document whose extension of validity could not or not likely be granted due to lock-down and which had expired since 1st of Feb, 2020 is valid till 30 September 2020.
